Dare to dream. Dare to try. Dare to “fail” (which is really just a code word for “learn” and/or evolve). Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The only regrets you will have in life are not what you did do and did not succeed, but what you never tried because you were afraid. * I swore I would never open another yoga school, but here I am. All I can say is that and I feel so strongly that it is our dharma to teach authentic yoga to ANYONE who wants to learn that we just decided it had to happen. And we are only a month or so out from opening our doors at 3410 Clairemont! Pinch me! I’m dreaming!! 📸 .hotography

I am so excited to guest teach at Ashtanga House of Yoga on Sunday, January 26th!
*
During this two-part course, we will use the "allies" (breath, bandhas, drishti, gunas, vayus, elements, spotlights, anatomical planes, imagery, etc.), as well as props, to experience Surya Namaskar, standing asana, backbending and salamba sarvangasana as you never have before.
*
Be prepared to work hard, laugh and leave with a deep knowledge of these asana that will translate directly to your practice.
*
Students will need to bring socks, as well as mat towel. We will use these items for a deeper comprehension of the asana and transitions. We also ask that students prepare and send in questions regarding their practice. All questions can be sent directly to Jennifer or emailed/ messaged to Ashtanga House of Yoga.
*
While students may attend only one session, they would get a lot more out of coming to both. The first course time is from 10am-12pm and the second is from 1-3pm. Preregistration is required! We only have limited seating. Each course is $60. However, if you do both, the total price is $100 please link to our website in our bio to register!
