Each session will be lead by a certified personal trainer and are designed to effectively maximize the results of each client with a full body 45 min workout.
The Fit Forward philosophy is based on interval training consisting of high, medium and low intensity workouts repeated over short burst of time combining cardiovascular exercise with weights and resistance equipment throughout the facility.
