Let’s end 2022 with some introductions. I’ll go first.. I am a certified fitness coach, life coach, nutrition coach and nationally qualified bikini competitor.  I offer personal training, online training and customizable training programs.  I have been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2006 when I decided to take control of my own health and fitness.

In 2011, I began personal training part-time when my friends came to me for help and advice concerning their own health and fitness goals.  In that same year, I decided to raise the bar on myself by registering for a fitness competition which taught me more about the health and fitness world.
Since then I have competed in both fitness and bikini categories, placing 1st to 4th in each competition and bringing home multiple trophies.

I retired from the corporate world in 2017 to start my own business, “Fit with Steph,” where I now have the pleasure of doing what I love full-time! I have helped nearly 2,000 individuals achieve their health and fitness goals and I can’t wait to help you in 2023!

Happy everyone! I wanted to take a minute to share my online client & friend amazing 💪🏻 When we had our consultation, she told me she wanted to look fit, toned and have muscle definition. AND I’d say 3.5 months later we have definitely made some incredible progress. All from her home!!! I’m so proud and excited for her and I can’t wait to see what the next 2mths brings!
