✈️WINGMAN WORKOUT ✈️
No one flies solo in this workout! 💪🔥 The Wingman Workout was all about teamwork, motivation, and pushing each other to the next level. Partners worked through the exercises together, and once finished, headed back to pick up their wingman so they could start the next round side by side. 🙌
This workout proved that having someone cheering you on, challenging you, and grinding beside you makes every round stronger. 💥
The sweat was real, the energy was high, and the teamwork was unstoppable! Proud of this crew for showing up for themselves and for each other. 👊

💥 1000 REP SMASH 💥
This workout was all about grit, teamwork, and refusing to quit! 💪🔥 Partners teamed up to tackle 10 different exercises, alternating between crushing reps and heading out for a run before jumping back in to help finish the set.
100 reps at a time.
10 exercises total.
1000 reps SMASHED together. 👊
The energy was high, the legs were burning, and the teamwork was unmatched. Every run, every rep, and every bit of encouragement pushed this crew closer to the finish line.

What a way to close out Week 2 of Operation Bootcamp! 🔥 Four teams, nonstop energy, and a race to the finish using Skip Bo cards to determine the exercises and reps. Every flip brought a new challenge, and this crew showed up ready to work! 💪
From cardio bursts to strength moves, teamwork and determination carried everyone through to the final card. The competition was fierce, the laughs were loud, and the motivation was unstoppable! 🙌

Last Wednesday we turned up the heat with 3 rounds, 6 stations, and 12 minutes of nonstop work at each one. Campers rotated through every station, pushing the pace until time was called 💪
1 minute to reset… then right back in it 🔥
Endurance, strength, and grit all in one workout — and this crew showed up ready to WORK 👊

Session 5 is officially underway 💪🔥
We kicked off week one with the Dirty Dozen, led by Anthony — and it did not disappoint.
6 rounds. Partner-based. Pure grind.
Each round started with a strength movement — push hard, finish strong, then hustle back to the “waiting tank” for your partner. Once both partners were in, it was go time together to complete the partner exercise and close out the round. Teamwork, accountability, and a whole lot of sweat.
No one coasts. No one quits. Everyone gets better.

Still feeling the burn from yesterday’s Operation Bootcamp 💥
Counter Attack with Thanh was NO joke - every round pushed harder than the last. From push ups and star jumps to non stop burpees, the intensity was ON, it was all about digging deep and fighting through the fatigue.
Big shout out to Thanh for bringing the energy and keeping us locked in 🔥
