Our Story

John Long & Marshall Tucker of Two Roads Resources, Inc., are nationally certified coaches serving clients in Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL and virtually across the USA. They specialize in career and life coaching, as well as the administration and interpretation of career and personality assessments.

John is a professional coach, university instructor and program facilitator. H specializes in career and life coaching, and is the author of the August ‘17 book, Career Judo – The Martial Art for the Mindful Career. He also teaches undergraduate courses in education, human services and psychology. John is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he completed an educational specialist degree with a major in counseling and educational psychology. He also holds a master of science degree with a concentration in career development. His professional credentials include: Board Certified Coach, Certified Master of Career Services, Certified Career Services Provider, Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified MBTI Practitioner, and qualified Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner. John’s work with students and clients takes a strengths-based approach blended with elements of positive psychology and solution focused change.

Marshall is a nationally certified coach who specializes in career and life coaching, facilitation and training, and mindfulness based practice. He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Economics. He has 10 years of experience spanning the banking and IT sectors, serving in such roles as personal banker, project manager, operational analyst, IT trainer, and chief technology officer. In 2013, he embraced the new role of professional coach. Marshall’s professional credentials include: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute, Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Marshall is passionate about working with individuals looking to find more meaning from their life. He strives to help a full spectrum of clients understand how to see life’s circumstances in the present and help them move beyond the obstacles holding them back.
