The serratus anterior is one of the most important muscles to develop in yoga asana. My latest YouTube practice video is an introduction to this muscle. Much more anatomy and alignment to share regarding the serratus anterior but this is a great start. Link in my bio.
Check out this 45-minute twist practice on YouTube. Twists have many benefits. Here are a few.
Enjoy!!
Classical Surya Namaskar!! There are many series I LOVE but this one is top of the list.
Elements that I practice and teach :
1. Alignment
2. Actions
3. Breath
4. Drishti
There are more components for later videos but these 4 are a great place to start!

Virasana is my favorite posture to sit in for the opening meditation of a practice. It is demanding on the lower body initially, but makes being upright while sitting more accessible for beginners.
Check out the full 90 minute practice this clip is part of on my YouTube channel. Link in bio.
