3 weeks ago I felt the muscle go during an online class I took. I alternately tended to it and “pushed through” it. (Ironically something I am adamantly against.) But I kept going because it felt necessary to be doing “something”.





The incredible stress and pain from a world in which people are in so much pain is felt in every fibre of my being; the emotional pain coursing through me daily.
But now I can’t ignore the physical pain anymore.
So I’m wising-up and starting the process ... REST. DESTRESS. DISCOVER. RECOVER.
I recognise it is a luxury. And also a necessity.





We must all, physical injury or no, find ways to release tension and stress from our bodies so we may continue to stand tall and strong in the face of injustice and adversity.

More obliques than you ever asked for! The ever dreaded side sit-ups on the reformer demoed beautifully by these two strong guys! They both come twice a week - one semi-private with their ladies, and one semi-private just the guys! It’s a fun time... for me at least. 🤣👊🏼💪🏼
