MV the quiet way. There’s an all time high of loneliness. How many of you know that you can be in a room full of people and feel lonely? How many of you know that you can be alone and feel fully connected? Today, I thought about the space I have when I am alone and how full I am after speaking with myself, connecting with myself. How often do you have quiet moments (not chanting on a yoga mat) but just conversing with yourself and patiently learning how you are and who you are? Try it.
