After some exercise bike and sauna at home last night, I had a productive full body workout today at the gym, including deadlifts and treadmill. Somewhat energizing.

Still gotta get that workout in, birthdays not excluded. Happy Saturday! ♊️
I'm rusty on some of my training, and recognize it, which is why I have started back getting to the punching bags.
This usually follows a standard weightlifting session and provides additional cardio, which is good. I have to keep stretching, and going through the basics, but soon enough, my kicks and other strikes will return.
Happy Friday, and get it in!
Light jog and walk/run intervals today. I kept a shorter distance but got a good cardio session in. Don't forget to work the heart in addition to your muscles. Happy Hump Day!

I hope everyone who wanted to got the chance to vote. During this Tuesday gym training, I increased the weight limits on a few exercises in order to improve my capacity, and did consistent maintenance in others. Overall, a balanced workout though. Get it in!

Some days you just don't feel like it. The weights seem extra heavy, or rather, you feel much weaker than normal, and your energy levels are low.
Today was one of those days for me and that's okay! What's important is that I showed up and did what I could. The same for you.
Just show up! It's the consistency and discipline that make the difference. Happy Saturday, and get it in!

Happy Hump Day! Wednesday is the perfect day to go in hard on the weights and push yourself a little. Then cool down with some cardio such as treadmill, elliptical, or stair machine.
Get over the hump and get it in!
While the gym is great and a "go to" for fitness, it is still very beneficial to get outside and exercise the "old school" way for cardio. This can be done by running/jogging/walking, or playing a sport like basketball or tennis.
Today was dedicated to outdoor cardio with a 3 mile walk/run (about 60% walk, 20% run, 20% jog). Nothing too intense, just focusing on completing the distance and ensuring at least 30 minutes of cardio activity.
Whatever you do, make time for some level of activity. Happy Tuesday, and get it in!
