It’s the small ways in which we give up our power that have the greatest long-term impact on our lives.

Once an unloved daughter, always an unloved daughter UNTIL…

You make a conscious choice to heal your inner child, disassociate from the expired “hurt narrative” and write a new story for yourself in which YOU take on the main character role you were literally born to play!

Here’s the key, dah’ling. Your life can no longer be about them!

Obsessing over the ones who mistreated you, left you, didn’t protect you is only continuing to default your focus away from yourself. And that is how we get erased from our lives.

Here’s something we don’t talk about enough. Have you ever tried to sustain a mentally, emotionally and spiritually draining relationship? It takes A LOT of work.

And while you’re investing all that time, energy and devotion into a situation giving you little in return, your good will undergoes a ton of wear and tear. This is your sense of compassion, cooperative feelings.. your ability to collaborate willingly, extend benefit of doubt or hold space for another person’s experience.

☝🏽Because your good will has been abused every time your ex crossed your boundaries. And now it needs to be nurtured back to health along with the rest of you.

Til then, it doesn’t matter how great the new guy or girl is. Initially, the oxytocin hits will be nice. But as you get well into your honeymoon phase, you may start to get aggravated by the smallest things.

The way they sneeze.. The pace of their walk.. The unwelcome voicing of a concern.

😤Because you don’t wanna have to do any “work” right now! You’ve been trying to make something work with a human for how long… and you tiiiedddd!!😩

And you know what? There is NOTHING wrong with not being in a space to do emotional work with another person.

The problem is knowing that and not being honest with them, or yourself.

Give yourself time to heal and be selfish. Focus on the relationship you have with you.

👉🏽You EARNED this time. We don’t always have to be exhausting ourselves searching for romance or trying to make those connections work to be happy. Sometimes, the opposite is needed.

I’m not sure where, but I read a version of this exercise somewhere long ago and it always stuck with me. People are people. There’s no point in holding grudges against humans who - in their reality - are just doing the best they can with the raw materials they’ve got.

You don’t have to let them back in. Just soften your heart a bit. It’ll help you heal.♥️

You deserve a life that feels like home. Not a life that just looks good, but really is good. This kind of life gets built by making more aligned choices.

Have you been choosing to choose? Or just going with the flow of life?

Doing all the things you’ve always done and handing over your power to others… or, when at that crossroad, do you choose what feels more honest and true for you?

Creator had gifted all of us with raw materials to use in co-creating the lives we want. So many of us, without even realizing it, use those raw materials day in and day out to create lives, relationships, works, health… that we don’t like.

You have a choice today. Probably the second greatest gift there is, next to time.

Use it wisely. Make the choice with intention.

Stop giving other people power over your journey by allowing them to play with your heart strings, your mind, your mood…

We manifest with our emotions. Not just our desires.

Choose how you want to feel, how you want your life to feel. And with each new opportunity, love offer or invitation ask yourself…

Is this taking me in the right direction?

What is my body telling me about the move in about to make?

Does this choice feel like home? If not, how can you get a little closer to that good feeling place?

Most of us are programmed to struggle through life by default. Let’s get rid of that narrative.

When you feel that struggle creep up inside of you, pause.. feel it.. and make the choice that frees you. The choice that feels most like home.

“…Enjoy the fruit in your hands and tear into this juicy, tender slice of orange and indulge in being fed by Mother Earth. Feel how your carnal cravings are satisfied - how or****ic (almost) it is.. naturally…

This is how others are drawn to you. It is your essence.

As you tear into an orange🍊..slowly.. with gratitude.. you might experience something, dare I say …strangely erotic?

The same carnal satisfaction you derive from devouring a p***s you can get from that orange. The difference is the orange can actually give you something back—

Sustenance.

What good is a d—- inside of you that does not fuel you.. does not inspire you.. more than that…

More than a semen deposit, no, more than that you crave a spiritual deposit. For your POWER to replenished and fed, not fed on. Not depleted.

This is not asking too much. Frankly, it should be basic requirement for entry.

It’s a shame to be shy in seeking even bare minimum for such a high value experience. When your vibration is high, your s*x is healing. It’s magical. Didn’t ya know?

Your human partner in creation should come forth with way more than bare minimum for entry, no? Without struggle?”

It’s important the divine feminine collective stop allowing energy vampires to hypnotize you and s*xual connections to drain your power!! Especially if you feel a spiritual/healing calling on your life.

You ARE wanted. You are loved. So so loved.✨
