Info on the Ga. Pistols Winter Supplemental training program.

About 10 years ago, we started this program to help players compete on their winter teams and to get them ready to play at a higher level for club and AAU basketball. More inform on our web site.
Low time commintment to supplement her winter team program.

Many winter rec and school teams are very focused on teaching their offensive and defensive systems and have little time for individual skill development.

Our supplemental training program is very focused on skill development for each player. This program will help have more success on her winter team and a great chance of contributing on a club level team. We have a strong teaching staff for the Winter league. One hour of solid skill development.

The second hour each session is a free style game where teams are formed that day for a game. The girls really love these free style games. Most importantly it gives them a chance to tryout what they are learning and improving their Basketball IQ.

Even if she can't make all the sessions it will be worthwile..
