Happy Monday All ☀️ I hope everyone is keeping safe and maintaining a healthy immune system during these times. This green smoothie is one of the ways I boost mine thanks to . It is sooooo good 😋 Here are the ingredients:
Ginger, turmeric, almond milk, strawberries, pineapples, a slice of lemon and spinach leaves.
Please don’t add too much ginger, it will knock you into next week 😩In what ways are you boosting your system?

asked me to take a class today then asked me to take another class RIGHT after that 🤦🏽♀️ Almost saw my life flash before me but I kept telling myself I could do it. And he had us doing CRAZY stuff. But I kept visualizing myself at my goal weight. And how good I’m going to feel. FIND YOUR MOTIVATION, leap when presented with opportunities and stop at NOTHING till you get it! ITS GO TIME 💨

I’m halfway to my goal weight and wanted to share what I’ve been doing to get there 💫✨💫:
Intermittent fasting: Everyday I eat from 10am-6pm. Or I’ll adjust based on my schedule but it’s always an 8 hour window of eating. I’ve been doing it for most of the year so it’s become routine for me.
Diversifying my workouts: I run, take classes, climb mountains, lift weights, dance 💃🏽. The body has to be shocked in order to affect change.
Water water water 💦 I drink a bottle first thing in the morning just get to my metabolism moving. I also try to drink a bottle before meals to ensure I get full quicker.
I’ve also been limiting my meat intake. I don’t eat beef or pork but even with seafood, I’ve been chilling out more than usual. At least 3 -4 times a week I have veggie days. I’ve noticed how much lighter and energetic I feel.
Hoping these things helps someone else on their journeys. This is just what works for me😊 No matter what it looks like, KEEP GOING until you get there 💪🏽YOU GOT THIS ❤️

We’ve challenged ourselves to lose 10 pounds together. It’s always easier to reach a goal alongside someone else. And it also helps to know what works for your body. 👌🏾 I like being challenged and to switch up my workouts, which is why I’m always visiting new gyms/trainers lol. If you need recommendations, my faves are below. And if you know of others, drop em below 👇🏾

I did something today I NEVER do! I took a 7AM workout class on a weekday 😩I barely get up at 7am 😆My eyes ain’t even fully open in this pic 🤣 But I realized that to get something different you have to do something different. So if you’re not getting the results you want with something, switch it up. You never know 👌🏾
