I’ve always felt like my most authentic self inside of the gym….
With all that’s going on…I’m actually at peace. I feel good that I’m learning how to express and accepting all of my emotions. As my Beloved SISTAR told me..I’m growing amongst the thorns…and as long as I’m elevating..I’m good. My circle might be small but it’s effective. Therapy is effective and my spiritual coaching with is giving me insight and clarity. I ain’t trying to be perfect y’all, but I am trying to honor my ancestors with my life and move towards my passion and purpose in a responsible way…YA DIG??!!!!

Today’s mirror work….
The hardest thing for me is to look in the mirror when I work out..well to look in a mirror PERIOD…but especially these workout mirrors that everyone loves to take picture in…
Today I was intentional about looking at myself in the mirror and see all that I am becoming…stronger, more conditioned, happier, healthier, allowing space for the Divine, less controlling, patient, more aligned, and celebrating the fact that I’m in this space at this very moment..right where I’m supposed to be…and that’s pretty cool☺️

It’s the PEACE for me!!! I’m so thankful for a Sista reminding me to protect my PEACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Energy vampires will attempt to pull you back to a sucky place and if your not careful..you will fall into that game…but NAH…don’t undo all the altar work, prayers, and growth you’ve achieved…it ain’t worth it…My Peace ain’t for sale!!!!

I don’t know what job she got off from to make her sleep like this...but this girl has been my rock. It’s like magic..she knows my moods, she licks my tears...she gives the best hugs and has attitude just like me.
I’ve never had a relationship with a dog like this. I’m so thankful for her loyalty and her love because it definitely made some dark days and nights a little more bearable.
Yup, that’s my puppy Girl...my Zuli Dog...

Hello 2021!!! The last quarter of 2020 was mentally, emotionally, and spiritually a little harder than I expected if I were to be totally honest...I was exhausted, heavy, and just decided to just let go and shake loose all pressures to be anything that is my calling...I wanted to drop it all...yep all the good stuff, all the inspiring stuff...and just sit down...be still...be “normal”....
My spirit allowed it for a while...but when you have a calling, a drive, a purpose....and you’re slightly aligned...The Divine will not let you sit on the sidelines for long...and eventually you will wake up..
The wake up for me...is happening...as you know we are constantly evolving..even when we don’t feel like it..or we don’t feel like we are...we are...and my wake up won’t look like everyone else’s because my purpose and my walk isn’t like everyone else’s and sometimes we get caught up in the “InstaWorthy” things...instead of the INNER WORTHY things...I’m working on my INNER SELF..so my OUTER SELF can shine...no matter what is happening, no matter who is looking, and no matter what some one says...I Know who and whom I am...

Cold and Flu season upon us....starting my food prep with a lil Lentil soup..
The Journey: I did Keto for a while to drop some stubborn pounds. I loved my results but I didn’t live the way the creams, fats, dairy...sat with my spirit....
I know better and I know that spiritually it wasn’t really aligning...so now I’m pressing on to more balanced clean eating, some vegetarian/vegan/raw days, and incorporating more fresh juices.
The nutrition+ program I am using is offering a lot of easy recipes but more importantly MINDSET support.
I’ve never wanted to be attached to a specific “diet” but I definitely want to fuel my body in a way that makes sense and is filling, tasty, and fun.
Does anyone want to commit to a healthier more nutrient dense 2021????
