Strength doesn’t care who you love, how you identify, or how you show up in the world. It just asks that you show up.
At gain. we believe there is no monolith to what a strong woman looks like — but we do believe that every single version of her deserves a space to feel powerful, supported, and seen.
To our LGBTQ+ members and everyone in our community who lives and loves authentically — we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re so glad you’re here.
Happy Pride Month. 🏳️🌈🖤

We all have to start somewhere.
When you start at gain., we see you, we’ve been you, our members are you.
gain., is a place where you’re allowed to be beginner, allowed to be scared, allowed to make mistakes, allowed to try new things.

We are honored to announce that gain. is a participating vendor in RIDC’s Movement For All scholarship campaign— providing funded scholarships for everyday athletes looking to access structured fitness and wellness programming. This program is an investment in increasing participation in running and movement through access, visibility, and community-based support.
RIDC’s Movement for All, Powered by On, is grounded in research and designed to remove barriers to movement by investing directly in coaching and training support.
🌟How it works:
1. Define your movement goals. Choose a goal, or simply return to movement. You decide what matters most.
2. Find your movement space. Apply to come train at gain. through the vendor list for the state of GA.
3. Apply. Applications open April 14, 2026 and close May 13, 2026. If accepted, you’ll be notified mid-May and will have 5 days to confirm your participation.
4. Get ready. This program offers you 6 months of coaching for FREE. Once accepted, you will have a few weeks until GO time!
5. Share your journey. Help motivate others by sharing your story & community engagement. Let your community know more is coming in 2027 and 2028!
💫Who should apply:
Inspired by research on barriers to movement faced by women, particularly those from underrepresented communities; Movement for All is open to anyone who wants to run, walk more, or move their body.
This program directly expands access to wellness and movement for beginner athletes who may not otherwise have the opportunity and is designed to create measurable, tangible impact, both for the athletes served and the partners who serve them. Whether you are new to movement, returning after a break, or rebuilding, this program is designed to support your goals and help reduce common barriers along the way.
If accepted to train at gain., you can sign up to train through 1:1 sessions or group classes. A 6-month commitment to each other 🤝, wow! We are greatly looking forward to helping you achieve your goals through intentional programming and progressions at gain.
Happy applying at the link in our bio!🤗

How the heck do you engage your core??
Core engagement is one of those tricky things that can take lots of awareness, mind t muscle connection and practice.
With a good foundation of core strength, lifting becomes safer and more optimal for lifting heavier and heavier loads.
Come learn with Dr. Meretighan on Sunday April 26th
•12-1:30pm at gain.
