Running has been my therapy since high school. Before school, at night with my dad, throughout college, and professionally over the last 15 years encouraging others to fall in love with it too.
We talk often with the boys about being more light than darkness in this world.
Gus just said yesterday listening to music “can one little light really light up the whole world?” I want to extinguish the darkness in this world. It’s sickening. I am grieving for all those impacted by the incomprehensible loss of Eliza Fletcher 💔 .
Be light to someone today. Not for you, but for the world. Such a broken place, Jesus come and hold those that are hurting today.
I ran with my friend Lindsay this morning at the lake. Every day you are able to move your body you should be able to freely.
