Fitness is not a cosmetic concept for me...it's really about feeling good from within and more importantly, your body is meant to be fit...not unfit. Lol. When the world was created, there was no such thing as McDonalds, Pizza, Potato Chips or Fried Chicken. Nor were there modes of transportation like cars, buses or trains. Lastly, we didn't suffer with HBP, Diabetes, Cancer or High Cholesterol...We ate what grew out of the earth and we walked...so, let's go back to our roots (to some degree;-) and realize what this health thing is all about rather than allowing what's convenient to break us down as we get older.

Ahhhh...Day 21...the day a habit forms. There's no turning back. Only 69 days for this thing called "IsaBody Challenge". I really thank you guys for reading, "liking" and commenting on my daily posts regarding my lifestyle change. You have made it easier for me. I feel strong and I feel healthy. So...I have merely set a goal to get toned muscles and rid my body of harmful fat. I did BACK n BICEPS today...Amazing...I have (in the last 20 days) gone up from 15 to 25lb dumbbells during my back workout. I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next 20 days...

Day 20!!!! I just like the sound of that number. I think it's because 21 days makes a habit...so, tomorrow I will officially be in the habit of taking care of my body...Only 70 Days left in this 90Day Challenge and GOING STRONG. Join me?

Er uh...it's time I put this core challenge to the test...it's been hanging on my wall in our gym with no other purpose (so far) but to make our gym look like a gym;-). But for some reason today, it started staring at me;-). Ugh...I hate to be stared at!
