Sun Salutations are at the heart of Vinyasa yoga. They're designed to open up all areas of the body and leave you feeling more balanced by your final stretch.

Yoga blocks are great for beginners to use but are definitely beneficial for yogis that are well into their practice 🙌🏽
Why I’m all for using blocks in your practice👇🏽
✨Helps you use proper alignment that allows for proper muscle memory to be built.
✨Decreases chances of injury.
✨Opens channels for the breath to flow freely during your practice.
✨ Makes poses more accessible by providing length & support.

Working hip opening yoga poses into your day has awesome benefits for your physical, mental and emotional health. We use our hips way more then we may realize (walking, turning, squatting etc - so many ways!) ⠀

Physically, tight hips increase the load on your back and overuse your spine. Some physical benefits of practicing hip openers are: ⠀
