I wrote Growing Pains about learning from mistakes and searching for the silver lining in the pain of regret. I used to obsess over the past - replaying what I could’ve done differently, beating myself up for the choices I made when I was younger. For a long time, that kept me stuck.⁣
⁣
But I’m learning to see those experiences differently. Every misstep helped shape who I am now. I can’t change the past, but I can choose to grow from it.⁣
⁣
Change has always been hard for me. But I don’t want fear to keep me from evolving. I’m learning to let go and open myself up to what’s next - even when it’s scary. That’s where growth happens.⁣ Maybe you can relate?
