Getting a new coat!, I will be speaking at the Boston Venture Finance Summit , hosted by the visionary Henry Ogbuagu,Founding Partner of Vencapital

I’ll be sharing the room with partners from Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and leading VCs, diving into a timely discussion on my panel: “Backing Female Founders and Funders - Why Gender Lens Investing Leads to High Alpha.”

For weeks, my team and I have been deep in strategy for 2026, getting our events and programs buttoned up. As we analyzed the current economic landscape, I reflected on my own journey. I started as a bootstrapper who reinvested dollars. I’ve said yes to hard money loans and received funds from a few friends that became my investor so I know the journey.. before I finally understood the "magic" of Venture Capital.

I realized VC isn't just about the check; it is about the discipline of scale.

To play this game, I knew I had to train for it. It started with the Motivating the Masses, INC. the Global Leadership Program. I continued to sharpen my financial acumen through the Business Finance Accelerator , the Million Dollar Women Accelerator , and most recently as a Vencapital Fellow.

I often tell the women founders I serve: "Make it your priority to meet more people."

I took my own advice. I first shared a stage with Henry Ogbuagu at a tech conference in Canada. His presentation was invaluable to every tech entrepreneur in the room. That connection led to an invitation to join him in Africa at INNOVate, the largest tech startup event in the region.

It was there, after deep conversations with brilliant women like Mope Abudu that I knew my business model had to evolve. I realized that to truly expand the next level support I desire to offer underfunded and underserved founders, I needed to become an Angel Investor.

I’m doing the hard work now. I am targeting end 2026-2027 to deploy my first capital.

Next week, I am heading to Boston to discuss "High Alpha"—not just because it sounds good, but because I know investing in women yields the highest returns.

Boston, I’m ready.

I am a CEO of my own company AKA I am a seasoned entrepreneur, I will celebrate 27 years very soon as a Black Woman founder. I own a Training & Development Company called Girlgobegreat Lifestyle Success Co & Tech.

I create empowerment and serve primarily Black Women entrepreneurs who struggle with visibility, profitability, and consistency—transforming side hustles and stagnant businesses into scalable, tech-empowered brands.

I am a Global Leader,TedX Speaker, Podcast Creator| Host. I often speak on Women Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, Tech, Socio Equity.
