Past Life Guided Meditation:
On January 13th, 2026, Join Past Life Regression Therapist Nikki Bennish for a group meditation to explore your past life memories! This class will begin with guided relaxation, leading to a bridge to a past life with time given to receive any information or messages from your past life self. You may experience positive or negative memories, meet significant “characters” in the story of your past life, or discover how you passed, followed by time in a healing realm to complete any unfinished business or energy work. Most importantly, whatever you experience is exactly what your Higher Self wishes to show you during the meditation. You may bring a journal to record any insights that came up during your experience. We will also offer space for a mini discussion for anyone who wishes to share what came up for them.

“Yin yoga reminds me of the purpose of life: to simply be. I value the opportunity that the yin style of yoga presents to bathe in the present. In a culture that centers action and achievement, it is necessary to remind ourselves that rest and stillness are equally important.

My teaching style has a strong focus on mindfulness. I aim to help students root into their physical surroundings by calling upon the five senses. Balancing groundedness with the bliss of a meditative state allows for the rejuvenation of the mind and body.” -
