BREAKING: Atlanta Braves designated hitter Jurickson Profar is facing a 162-game suspension after testing positive for a performance-enhancing drug for the second time, sources told ESPN.
The today optioned RHP Hunter Stratton and INF Nacho Alvarez Jr. to Triple-A Gwinnett, and reassigned RHP Javy Guerra and C Chadwick Tromp to minor league camp. Atlanta now has 62 active players in camp.
