Ken—my former client Bethany’s dad—is making a big move from Tennessee to Georgia to be closer to his family 🎊, and I couldn’t be happier to represent him. He’s excited to settle near the sweet Bavarian-style town of Helen 🏔️, spend his days watching little critters 🐿️🦋 scurry around his yard, and plant fruit trees 🍎🍑 on his new property. He’s already planning to give his family the grand tour of his new neighborhood! 🤩

Springtime magic in Helen, GA!
Yesterday was one of those sparkling days in real estate—the kind that fills your heart and reminds you why you do this work.

Ken lit up the moment he saw his next home and then really lit up when he met Helen. We grabbed lunch at Hofer’s (pro tip: they seat at 12:15, but an apple fritter from the bakery will hold you over just fine). Tulips were blooming on Main Street, and anglers were knee-deep in the river for the 36th Annual Trout Tournament. It was pure Georgia goodness.

Soon, Ken will be just 12 minutes away in Cleveland. He’s relocating from Tennessee—and I’m deeply honored that his daughter, a former client, trusted me to guide her dad through this next chapter.
