I believe I’ve cracked the code to looking fit (while eating delicious food).

Back when I jumped into the fitness industry, I thought getting lean and cut was ALL about… eating protein and veggies… and slaving away with cardio for HOURS.

I got tired of eating chicken and broccoli all the time.

And I was fed up with giving up the foods I enjoyed eating.

But I’m gunna let you in on a little secret I figured out after graduating with my Exercise Science degree… and competing in 2 mens physique competitions.

The secret:

You can eat WHAT EVER you want and have the body of your dreams.

How, you ask?

It’s so simple most people will think ā€œit can’t be that simple! I’ve been struggling to lose weight for years!ā€

But here it is…

1) You MUST eat less calories than what’s required for you to maintain your current weight.

2) You MUST eat an adequate amount of protein per day. (.8-1gram per pound of your ideal body weight is solid formula).

Then after you have that figured out… and you’re consistent… the weight will start coming off.

And if it doesn’t, just lower your daily calorie intake by 100-200 calories.

I should make you pay for this shytšŸ˜’

But seriously, it’s that simple.

So simple that once you get this right, you can eat delicious, tasty, mouth watering food every… single… day.

Most people struggle with their weight because they ā€œthinkā€ they’re eating properly. But they’re diet is off.

Believe it or not, you can drop weight without working out.

But it all comes down to doing what I just shared with you. Like seriously.

Just do it.

The other day someone commented on one of my advertisements and said…

ā€˜ā€™So the real question is… what does this cost?’’

I don’t normally attract people who want to know the cost right off the bat.

Instead: They want to know the VALUE they are getting. And what results are possible within a specific time frame.

Here’s something to think about…

How would you feel if you never had to worry about your health or appearance ever again?

What are the consequences of you being in the same place you are now, a year (or two) from now, far as your health and appearance?

Its not always about the financial investment.

There’s also an emotional investment.

Because if nothing changes.

That’s more stress, frustration, worry and sometimes even depression.

And it doesn’t have to be that way.

Because when you make the investment to have a mentor/ coach to help you…

You can avoid the headaches from trial and error.

You can avoid the frustration from feeling like you’re doing everything right yet nothing is working.

And you can finally start living the life you want with the body, health, and freedom you want.

My client Brett went from No Pack, To Six-Pack

And believe it or not…

These are results that come from lifting weights only 3 x per week.

With an additional 20-25 minutes of cardio workouts 3-4 days a week.

And my unique approach to dieting.

The best part: Brett still drank alcohol. And he still ate GOOD FOOD.

But he had a structured plan designed to give him the body and confidence he wanted. Plus… he had Action Jackson (me) in his corner. Holding him accountable. Encouraging him. And giving him the proper guidance.

So that he didn’t injure himself.

Or, waste weeks or months of his life getting minimal results he’d be unsatisfied with.

But how long did it take Jay?

I’m glad you asked.

This is an 8 month transformation.

A transformation most guys only dream about. A transformation that most guys burn out trying to accomplish. Because they’re focused on the WRONG things.

But when you follow the steps I show my members…

You’ll start loving the way your clothes fit.

You’ll find yourself walking around the house (and on the beach) with your shirt off.

And you’ll notice how all your friends and family members are always complimenting you on your new look.

It can happen a lot sooner than you think.

With less effort than you think.

But it does require a plan.

A plan that’s already proven to get REAL results.
