Champion Gymnastics & Cheer is hosting a Kip Clinic on Saturday, May 9 from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM!

This is the perfect opportunity for gymnasts to focus on one of the most important bar skills—the kip. We’ll be working drills, technique, and progressions to help athletes build strength and confidence as they work toward getting their kip.

✨ The kip is a required skill for USAG Level 4
✨ Ideal for all team gymnasts Level 3 and up
✨ Focused, small-group training for maximum progress

Our hearts are so full as we add another Baby Champion to the crew 👶 She is already so loved, and we can’t wait to watch her grow, cheer on her sibling, and become part of the preteam in a few years!

These girls showed up confident, focused, and ready to compete—and it paid off in a big way! Willow had an incredible meet, bringing home 3rd place on both beam and bars 👏🔥

And can we talk about beam?! EVERY SINGLE athlete hit and stuck their routines. Kenley started it off and Elise was our anchor. 💪💫 That kind of consistency and mental toughness is what we work so hard for!

We saw so many high scores across the board from all 3 girls and are so excited to have TWO athletes qualify to Regionals!! 🎉

I couldn’t be more proud of this group—not just for their results, but for the way they support each other, compete with confidence, and represent our program with such class. The future is so bright and I can’t wait to keep moving up with these girls! 💙🤍. The epitome of a Champion!

That’s a wrap! We had such a great time at our Northside Methodist Preschool after-school activities for preschool cheerleading! 🎀

We absolutely love watching our little cheerleaders shine as they showcase their cheers, stunts, and jumps for their parents—so much confidence, energy, and FUN all in one place! 💙✨

We can’t wait for another exciting semester starting this fall and to see even more smiling faces out on the floor!

💙✨ What an incredible weekend for the Champion Crush All-Star Cheer Team in Birmingham! ✨💙

The team went out on the floor and absolutely crushed their routine — HIT ZERO ! 🙌🔥 From powerful tumbling passes to strong, confident stunts, the athletes delivered an amazing performance from start to finish.

We are so proud of the hard work, focus, and teamwork these athletes showed. Every practice, every rep, and every bit of dedication paid off on the competition floor. The tumbling looked sharp, the stunts were solid, and the energy was incredible!

Way to represent Champion Gymnastics & Cheer and show what this team is capable of. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season holds! 💙📣🏆

This weekend our team had the incredible opportunity to visit Auburn University for a gymnastics meet and it was truly inspiring. The girls even got the chance to step out onto the competition floor with their coach, who is a proud Auburn gymnastics alumna. Being back in that arena made the moment even more special!

Our athletes had an amazing time watching elite gymnastics, soaking in the atmosphere, and meeting so many wonderful people along the way. Experiences like this remind our gymnasts what their hard work can lead to and motivate them to keep chasing their dreams. ✨

A big thank you to everyone at Auburn Tigers women’s gymnastics for such an incredible meet and for making our girls feel so welcome. War Eagle! 🦅
