Halfway through the year already 👀 Maybe you’ve been super consistent. Maybe life got busy. Maybe you’re crushing goals you set in January … or maybe you’re just trying to get back into a routine again. Either way: there’s still so much year left 🧡

What’s one thing you want to accomplish before the end of 2026? ⬇️

Under-fueling and strength goals don’t exactly make the best team 👀

If you want to lift heavier, recover faster, and keep building strength, your body needs fuel to do it. Protein, hydration, balanced meals, consistency … nothing flashy, just the stuff that helps you feel and perform your best.

Now we need to know: what’s your go-to post-class meal or drink? ⬇️

HAPPY PRIDE ❤️🌈

Every year, Coach Giro from OTF East Northport creates something truly special with his 90-minute Pride class. What begins as a workout becomes so much more — a space filled with love, acceptance, and the kind of energy that reminds you just how powerful community can be.

He shared, "Words truly don’t do justice towards how I feel after today. I was once again blown away by the immense amount of love, support and dedication shown under those orange lights today. Rodeos often serve as a community event where people come together to share their heritage and way of life. Today, that’s exactly what we did."

Pride is about showing up as your full, authentic self — and being met with nothing but support, encouragement, and celebration. It’s about moving together, lifting each other up, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and strong.

In the words of Coach Giro, "This is Pride. This is love. This is acceptance. This is community. This is us. I am proud." 🧡

They say good things come to those who lift … and we took that literally. Heavy weights. Steady reps. Big proud energy. 👏 Who got it done on the weight floor today?

06/29/2026

It’s too early. It’s too hard. You’re sweating too much. You can’t check your phone … yeah. That’s kind of the point. That’s where the growth happens.

We’re in our slow and strong era

Tomorrow we take our time, stay intentional, and go heavier than usual. Strong & steady … that’s where the magic happens
