Full-Time Medical Front Office Coordinator Position Open at Foundation Therapy Center. We are a small physical therapy center in Sandy Springs seeking a front office coordinator to greet patients with a pleasant, friendly and outgoing attitude. The position is responsible for patient flow, so a good understanding of scheduling and strong organization skills is a must as well as the applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Medical front desk is a plus.

Some responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling patients for up to 3 therapists, answer new patient questions, maintain neat and organized patient files, accurately enter patients into the software, maintain all pre-authorizations and referrals, collect copays and deductibles and send/receive faxes. These are some of the job responsibilities; others will be assigned as needed.

Some qualifications the applicant must demonstrate: excellent listening skills ~ strong work ethic, including punctuality ~ high degree of self-motivation ~ must be able to function independently ~ must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ~ work at a rapid pace with numerous interruptions ~ must have strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must!
