Hey guys! Some changes are coming to the gym this week! Bringing in 4 more pieces of cardio equipment, stair master, bike, elliptical, and another treadmill.

Got a few PR’s in last night at the club! Don’t have everyones videos, but just want to throw a big congratulations to everyone breaking their record! .smith.legend (405 deadlift and 335 squat!) (285 bench 275 squat!!) (345 bench, 515 squat!) I sadly didn’t break my squat pr or deadlift pr but theres always 2018 but i got 355 on bench for a new pr.

❗️❗️❗️❗️Oh my goodness guys it’s finally here!!! I have been working my ass off and have go through so, sooo! Much with the city! But I fought through it and made it happen!! FINALLY HAVING THE GRAND OPENING❗️❗️❗️🔴⚫️🔴⚫️🔴 it’s going to be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday November the 4th!! In just three days!!! I would love to see as many people as I can get out there!! Well guys it's been a long road, but finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Getting the final inspections of the gym done this week and if all goes smoothly RM Weightlifting Club will be open for business on (soft opening) Monday, July 24th, (followed by the grand opening a week later) I will do another post the Saturday before to let everyone know. Hope to see everyone out there!
