🔥 75 Hard – Day 3 🔥
Day 3, How was it?!
The excitement of starting may be fading, but discipline is growing. This challenge isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, staying committed, and honoring God with your daily choices. Every workout, every healthy meal, every page read, and every ounce of water is another step toward becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.
📖 Day 3 Focal Scripture:
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” — Romans 12:1 (KJV)

How can you honor God with your body, mind, and actions today? What does it mean for you to be a living sacrifice in your daily life?

🔥 75 HARD CHALLENGE – DAY 1 🔥
We are officially underway! Today marks Day 1 of our 75 Hard Challenge, and I am excited to see everyone stepping outside their comfort zones and committing to becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.
📖 Today’s Focal Scripture:
1 Corinthians 6:18-20
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
Today, take time to meditate on this scripture and pray that God would help you steward your body, mind, and spirit in a way that honors Him.

Today marks the end of our Full Body Fire Challenge and Sit Strong Challenge! 💪🏾

Tomorrow marks Day 1 of our Blood Bought Fitness 75 Hard Challenge, and I’m excited to see what God is going to do through each of us over the next 75 days.
This challenge isn’t just about physical transformation, it’s about building discipline, consistency, mental toughness, and growing spiritually along the way. Every day is an opportunity to become stronger in body, mind, and faith.

🔥 BLOOD BOUGHT FITNESS 75 HARD CHALLENGE 🔥
I’m excited to announce that starting June 1st, we’re kicking off the Blood Bought Fitness 75 Hard Challenge with Coach T!
This challenge is about much more than fitness. It’s about building discipline, strengthening your faith, developing consistency, and becoming the best version of yourself, mind, body, and spirit.
For 75 days, you will complete the following every single day:
✅ Drink 1 gallon of water
✅ Complete 2 workouts (one must be outdoors)
✅ Follow a nutrition plan with no cheat meals or alcohol
✅ Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/personal development book
✅ Take a daily progress photo
✅ Read and meditate on the daily scripture provided
✅ Spend intentional time in prayer and reflection
If you miss any task, the challenge starts over.
Throughout the challenge, we’ll have accountability, encouragement, motivation, and support to help each other finish strong. Remember, this is not a race against anyone else , it’s a commitment to yourself and to the goals God has placed before you.
Our theme is:
“Mind. Body. Spirit. All For His Glory.”
I truly believe that if you commit to these next 75 days, you’ll see growth physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
