Healthy and loved holistic health and wellness coaching
The name came from my main coaching focuses which are also the two most important things in life; being healthy and being loved.
If we peel off the layers of our problems in life, we will find out, that they are all originated in our self-esteem, self-worth and our relationship with ourselves, aka self-love.
One part of my story and mainly what jump-started my journey on becoming a certified holistic health coach is having health issues back in 2014.
Due to a benign thyroid goiter (enlargement), I was advised to have the goiter surgically removed along with my right thyroid gland. A very typical approach by “modern” doctors, to suggest surgery or medication as the only options. I was very scared first and desperate and I didn’t know what to do. I just felt that there must be another way to heal. I simply didn’t resonate with the surgery at all.
In addition, I was also experiencing all kinds of digestive issues, so I knew it was time to dig deep what’s going on in my body, and how can I fix it without radical options.
I started to research and educate myself about alternative and self-healing methods.
I found out that there were multiple cases where people healed without surgery or radical treatments. I am not completely against these solutions since they can be absolutely lifesaving, but thankfully I wasn’t at that point where I absolutely needed them.
I wasn’t new to the mind and body connection, so I already knew that every physical illness has a mental root, such as trauma, or different behavioral patterns. Therefore, I was sure that my body is trying to send me a sign with this symptom that something went off and very much out of alignment. I knew my thyroid is in the throat chakra area, so that was a very good starting point to work on.
This path of me digging deeper in healing included finding out what was the emotional root of my illness, both on a mind and body level. I got into a deeper spiritual practice, such as meditating, as well as working on my throat chakra. (Every organ in the body is associated with a chakra center, and the condition of the chakras also contribute to diseases and influence health.)
All in all, I decided to dedicate myself to pursuing my very own self-healing journey. When you decide and commit to something, the Universe starts to send things along your way, and usually, you find out sooner or later, that bad things lead you to good ones.
That’s how it all happened for me, that soon after I was enrolled at the biggest nutrition school of the world, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I became passionate about healthy eating, holistic living, self-love, and self-healing. After studying over 100 dietary theories I also gained knowledge about how the food impacts our body and learned a lot more about the mind and body connection, as well as acquired practical life coaching methods.
If we jump back in time a little bit, that’s where the other part of my story lays.
I was lacking self-esteem my whole childhood and most of my life. A long time before I became a coach or even had the thyroid issue, I needed to work through some tough times, such as not having a job, hardly having any money and being in and out of an unhealthy relationship.
One of the main lessons I found throughout this journey is how crucial lifestyle, diet, environment, the level of happiness and satisfaction in every life area. Not to mention, that all of these have a HUGE effect on health and well-being.
Slowly but very consistently, I let go of some major limiting beliefs, built up my self-confidence, and started to get into alignment with my higher self.
I have been working on my self-growth for 11 years now. I have been so passionate about this topic because it is incredible how much higher potential you can reach, when you constantly put DEEP work into yourself and not just sweep your problems under the rug. This is one of my focal teachings as a coach.
Fast forward to the present, I have put a tremendous amount of work into mastering my best-self over the years and learned so many aspects of healing. It will always be a journey and a work in progress, but I am getting better every day.
My motto is: Everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson in everything.
All this has led me to become a health coach, finding my passion for helping and mentoring women. As a bonus, I also met my husband and moved to the States, and now I am fulfilling another dream here, alongside with leaving an impact on the lives of women.
What I do as a health coach?
I help busy, overwhelmed women mindfully manage stress, have a balanced diet (based on their needs), and step into their power by reconnecting to their inner magic.
I specialize in bringing back the balance of the mind-body and soul with a holistic approach. Holistic means I don’t only look at what my clients eat, but I look at their body & mind, as a whole, connected system and don’t just focus on a symptom or a problem as itself.
I guide through self-trust, self-worth, and self-love.
Life is constant learning and growing. The ultimate goal is to be happy and enjoy our journey. To be compassionate, openhearted and connected.
Aligning ourselves to the highest state of joy, gratitude, abundance, and harmony is the greatest blessing we can give to the world.
