❗️Workout classes IN Linden, TX
💰 $5 per class or 10 for $40 (expires after 60 days)
✅ Interval workouts- work intervals and rest intervals. Push to YOUR edge, no judgement.
▪️Morning classes- more intense, 45-50 mins, focused on building strength, intervals and reps
▪️Afternoon classes- low impact (no floor exercises and limited jumping), 30 mins

No perfect people allowed 🥰
