1. “Let’s put that in your top three” = You’re telling her she doesn’t have to decide now. She’ll echo that back to you at the end.

2. “We’re just here to have fun today!” = You’re cementing the paradigm that this is casual shopping, not a life moment.

3. “This one’s really popular right now” = She doesn’t want to be like everyone else. She wants to feel like herself.

4. “Let me show you where all our designers are” = Museum tours waste time and crowd her head with unnecessary information.

5. “You can always come back” = You’re giving her permission to leave without her moment.

What to say instead: Lead with confidence. Help her eliminate. Celebrate what she’s learning about herself. Make THIS moment matter—because it does. 🤍

A bride will rarely remember the glitter on the gown as much as she’ll remember how you made her feel in it ✨

Sometimes the “extra” dress is the one that finally lets her see herself as a bride. Your job isn’t to tone her down — it’s to help her feel fully seen.
