Such an incredible dinner with @yodchatri. Bill also joined us. Bill attends my camps yearly and was able to come to Thailand to watch @onechampionship. Chatri and I haven't been able to sit down and have dinner and conversation in a long time! I'm always grateful for his time. 🙏🏻 Had a great time discussing @onechampionship and also the human body, as Bill is an exercise physiologist and one of the best at it. Together, they form the iliopsoas, a key hip flexor and spinal stabilizer.
