Ten years ago today, an iconic Philadelphia/South Jersey radio station changed its format (and callsign) to sports talk radio.

Here are the last 35 minutes of broadcast by WYSP-FM and the first 5 minutes of broadcast by WIP-FM, with music selections truncated. Recorded live off-air Friday, September 2, 2011. The WYSP broadcast ended at 15:00 local time.

This event also prompted the creation of South Jersey Broadcast Archives, originally started as channel “PFTech” 10 years ago as well.
