Good morning everyone it's a beautiful day and the boaters are heading out for tog and seabass and land anglers are targeting tog mostly along with the big spots that are around. Yes we do have green crabs available they are going fast so if you are planning on heading out chasing tog get your crabs soon. The suppliers are havjng a difficult time this fall get green crabs. Hopefully we will have more white leggers available soon as they seem to be around in decent numbers right now. Good morning everyone, green crabs are back in stock and they are the perfect size crab. The tog bite has heated up on the rocks and in the bay. Out front last week we had reports of tog being caught in 50 feet of water.

The nighttime striper bite is starting to pick up along the inlet with the popular bubblegum soft plastics getting most of the attention.

The reports from offshore last week were not great tuna wise. But the tile fishing and other bottom fish were still plentiful.

Good morning everyone it's a pretty nice day out and anglers are taking advantage to head out and tog fish from land. I have not heard any reports back yet but will post them if I do hear anything.

A few boats are heading offshore tomorrow to see if this nor Easter shook things up enough to get a good tuna bite going. Most boats are getting large medium Ballys and selects. Once they return tomorrow evening I will for sure post up reports.

We are loaded up with green crab if you are headed out togging and lug worms if you are heading out for kingfish/croaker/spot and if you are fishing for anything else we have most frozen baits available.

We are into our fall/winter hours now
Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
Sunday- 7pm-2pm
Mondays-closed

Good morning everyone, the shop will be closed today and possibly tomorrow(I will let you know later tonight). Tuesday we will resume regular hours from 7am-3pm Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday 7am-2pm. Let's hope these fish are hungry and chewing after this weather. Good morning everyone,
Not to much in fishing reports to give as you all know the weather has been terrible since Sunday. We are open limited hours this week, but starting Tuesday next week we will be back to 7am-3pm Tuesday through Saturday and Sundays 7am-2pm.

Next week Tuesday and Wednesday are looking nice and we are getting in a fresh delivery of green crabs today or tomorrow hopefully the weather gets the tog moving and feeding on the rocks. The 10 fish seabass season has opened and we are stocked up on salted clams, squid, and any cut baits you would need along with jigs.

Hopefully when this weather passes we will see the tuna start snapping. Once we start getting reports I will definitely update. Have a great day

Good morning everyone, the fans are turned on today but there are still fish to be caught. This week we started to see better tog fishing with more keepers being caught. Green crab has been the best bait on the rocks and sea walls.

Earlier during the week boats that made it out fishing reported catches of mahi, falsies, and Bonita. Some Spanish Mack's as well all on the troll. The flounder bite out front has been steady but with the winds and the projected weather for the rest of the week it's not looking like to many boats will make it out.

From land you can still find decent flounder, spot, croakers, and sheepshead's. The occasional triggerfish has been caught as well.

We have plenty of green crabs available and minnows. Get out and fish!

Good morning everyone it's a beautiful morning and anglers heading out to the inlet are grabbing minnows and squid. The inlet has been steadily giving up some decent flounder. There are still lots of shorts but the keepers that have been mixed in are nice sized fish. Plenty of croaker are still out in the bay and inlet as well eating up the lug worms.

The tog bite still hasn't really gotten great yet but hopefully with the cooler morning temps we will start seeing the bigger fish appear.

Over the past weekend we saw some excellent mahi fishing and it seems the boats that trolled caught a lot more nicer fish midshore in about 20 fathoms. I heard of 2 bluefin being caught locally on ballyhoo using dark green/chartreuse hair and orange heads and red head with blue and white hair with large medium ballyhoos rigged behind them.

The canyons did produce some nice sized yellowfins and plenty of mahi and tile fish. Blu Flu Sportfishing had a great trip this past weekend out on the edge.

The shop will continue to open at 6am Tuesday through Sunday until flounder season closes, then we will open at 7am. Closing times are 4pm Tuesday through Saturday and 3pm Sundays. Mondays-closed

Our tanks are topped back off with minnows and plenty of frozen baits and selections of squid if you are heading out to the wrecks. Have a great day and get out and fish.
