This week, we were invited to the Atlantic City Gathering Ground: Call to Collaboration - a space where leaders, organizations, and community members come together to ask better questions, share real insight, and build what’s next… together.
Because real change doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens through connection, in rooms like this
& we’re just getting started.

There is no separation between how we move, how we lead, and how we care for our mental health.
We are honored to share that our Founder, Allie Nunzi, has been named a Mental Health Champion by Mental Health America— a recognition that reflects not just one voice, but an entire community committed to doing this work, together.
At Grace & Glory Yoga, The Leadership Studio, and ALGN we don’t treat mental health as an afterthought or a talking point.
It is embedded in how we teach, how we gather, and how we lead.
Because mental health doesn’t live only in the mind—
it lives in the body, in the breath, in our conversations, in our spaces, in the way we hold ourselves and one another.
As a designated Stigma-Free organization, and now as proud partners within the Mental Health Association network—both here in New Jersey and nationwide— we deepen our commitment to creating spaces where you are met fully, exactly as you are.
This is the work: to regulate, to relate, to restore…. build communities where people feel safe enough to be fully human.
We’re just getting started. Check back for upcoming programs and events.

Meet Amber. 💚
Amber is a mom, partner, friend, Atlantic City resident, a constant support to fellow women-in-sobriety, body-inclusion activist, a champion for mental health… the one on our team always pushing to have more fun. And today: celebrating six years of sobriety! We are so proud of you, Amber… and so grateful for the love you bring to the team.
When you meet Amber, you’re immediately greeted with a gentle warmth that immediately says: “You’re welcome here. Just as you are.”
Come on over to Tenn Ave and practice with her: Thursdays at 5:30 (yin) & pop-up yoga-with-music classes.

True strength is not force, it’s grace.
Not for the sake of some yoga pose…
but for the practice of becoming someone who can hold themselves, anywhere.
On the mat.
In the grass.
In the middle of a community that needs you.
This is what it looks like when yoga moves beyond the studio.
This is your reminder that there are only 9 more Monday until MDW! 💥 Meet Tasha at Monday at 9:30 for an all levels, ease-filled, yoga class.
