Owasco Country Club is looking for hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew for the 2026 season! If you take pride in your work and want to spend your mornings on one of the most beautiful spots in the Finger Lakes, we want to hear from you.

💰 Pay: $16-$20/hour (based on experience)
⏰ Hours: Part-time to Full-time (Early mornings/Mid-day)
🏌️ The Best Perk: Golf, cart, and practice privileges!

What you’ll be doing:
From mowing greens and raking bunkers to setting up the course for the day’s play, you’ll be an essential part of the team that keeps Owasco looking its best.

Who we’re looking for:

Reliable "early birds" who love working outside.

Team players with a sharp eye for detail.

No experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person!

High schoolers, college students, retirees, and anyone looking for a great seasonal gig are encouraged to apply.

Owasco CC last couples night was a success!

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be taking part in something really fun this fall.

On September 15th, I’ll be playing in the first-ever Birdie Bash at Owasco Country Club, a day full of golf, community, and giving back. I Matthew Alm have teamed up with Phil Kless and together Team Owasco will be playing up to 44 holes in one day in a two-person scramble. That’s a lot of swings, but it’s all for an amazing cause!

We’re raising money for two incredible organizations:

Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, which helps care for over 100,000 children every year

PGA REACH CNY, which brings the game of golf to youth, veterans, and underserved communities

We’ve set a goal of $1,000, and we would be so grateful for your support! You can pledge a donation per birdie we make, or give a flat amount whatever works for you.
