Coach Randy Gillon is a 15+ year college sprint coach, Olympic and multiple time NCAA All-American coach, and former Michigan State football speed coach. His advanced degree in biomechanics and wealth of experiences make him well versed in getting athletes to the next level of speed and sport performance, regardless of the sport they are pursuing.

The prep, the results…
ATP Elite’s first season has come to an end. These two finished their season today with pr’s and medals. Grateful for the families that took a chance on this new club. Thank you. Now we rest and gear up for fall conditioning. Welcoming new athletes and families. Simple requirement, hard work and dedication. DM me for more information.

Our boy Gavin continues to rack up the medals. He again, competed in the 100, 200, 400 and 800! 😮‍💨 In spite of some adversity he managed to win the 400 and get second in the 200. We are beyond proud of Gavin and very excited to see how far his hard work carries him the season. Thank you for representing ATP Elite the right way!

Imani, continues to surprise us. Never thought we’d be raising a 400m runner. She displays such resilience, toughness and grit at her young age. In spite of limited training she managed to earn herself a 1.5 PR in the 400. So curious to see where she goes with this and what she becomes. Stay tuned. Should be fun. “TrackDad #400

I’ve been asked to start a club over the last few years but the timing never felt right. So here we are, ATP Elite Track Club. A club offering competitive training with standards and expectations. Leading sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers (more events if the coaching and interest is there) to compete at a national level. I understand this may not be for everyone and that’s okay, and I have no idea how this will turn out. But I trust God and His perfect timing, and it will be whatever He wants it to be.
