I am on the hunt for the perfect saddle… here are the rough details:

ISO- Western Saddle, semi-qrt horse bars, short/rounded skirt under 25”, flared tree for big shoulder/ free scapula movement, 15”-15.5” seat.

Need to be able to try it out on horse, so either short trial or ability to haul over to try it and ride in it.

Would be awesome to find something in the next couple weeks 🙏 tell all your friends!!

💫 Horsemanship student Opportunity 💫

I'm looking for a motivated, horse-savvy individual who would love the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional horse-training environment.

Ideally, 8-noon 3-4 days a week

Areas of learning and hands-on experience may include:
- Daily horse care, stall cleaning, and barn management
- Safe horse handling, turnout, and barn routines
- Bathing, grooming, and tack care
- Understanding the organization and operation of a professional training facility
- Arena time, training observation, and supervised horsemanship practice
- Riding lessons and personalized coaching
- Developing a deeper understanding of horsemanship, feel, timing, and communication
- Learning about training programs, horse development, and individualized approaches to training
- Insight into client relationships and the business side of the horse industry
- Opportunities to ask questions, practice skills, and develop confidence through experience

Who I'm looking for:

Someone with previous hands-on horse experience who is confident, capable, and safety-conscious when handling horses.

A solid foundation in basic horse handling is important, along with good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to continue learning.

Applicants must have reliable transportation

I believe some of the most valuable lessons in this industry come from hands-on experience, good mentorship, and time spent working alongside knowledgeable horse-people, and horses.

The intent of this position would be long term
