Fantastic group for our “343” workout this morning! Special thanks to Kalem for cheering us on and taking our picture with Engine 343. Difficult workouts really aren’t that difficult when you consider what happened on 09/11/2001. Today is a day to be reverent and thankful. God bless America!

A message from Katy....

MOMS (new moms, old moms, moms of babies, moms of toddlers, second time moms, first time moms, all MOMS)...you are NOT alone. Being a mom is HARD. You are ALWAYS welcome to come utilize the gym space at the Wellness Center when it's available. Get a group of you together, come hang out in the gym, walk laps and talk while your kiddos use the play room and gym space to roam! I think the best medicine is sharing your struggles with others, tossing ideas around, simply taking a few moments to understand and know that nobody is perfect and life with kids is darn hard.
