Calling all club leaders and coaches of girls’ teams! ⚽🥗

Join us on Tuesday, September 29 at 7:00 PM ET for Nutrition 101 for Female Soccer Players, a virtual session with Alexa Gusman (nee Efraimson), MS, RDN focused on nutrition and fueling for female soccer players.

Topics will include fueling fundamentals, energy availability, underfueling, hydration, recovery, and the coach’s role in supporting athlete nutrition.

Pictures are scheduled for next week 9/22 and 9/23. Please check your email for the order forms and more information.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so that your team is ready to go. You can then head to the scheduled games or practices that evening if you have one. Some teams may have their practiced moved to help with that process, keep an eye on your team calendars and notifications. There is no U6 practice after pictures. We have almost 600 players and coaches coming through so once your team is done please plan to head out so that we have the space.

Its day one of games for our Travel, In Town, and TOPSoccer programs and it is great weather for soccer! Our youngest groups kicked things off this morning but there are games all day from not until 6pm

Travel Uniform pickup will be at Pappas near the turf field form 5PM-8PM tonight.

If you ordered a new travel uniform and have been waiting as anxiously as us for an update, we have good news for you! The unfirms arrived today and are quickly being sorted. Our vendor is going to get them to us for a handout tonight as delivering them will not get hem to you on time.

The fall soccer season is finally here! We kick off this Saturday, and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the field. Check out our weekly graphics below to find your player’s matchup, field assignment, and game time for the weekend.

Parents, a quick checklist to help Saturday morning run smoothly:
Full uniform (jerseys, shorts, and matching socks)
Proper equipment (shin guards are a must)
Plenty of water (and maybe an extra bottle just in case!)

We got some fresh lines down on Lemansky this weekend!

As for the parking lot...make sure you build in a little extra time getting to practice.

It is currently closed and all parking is up top at the hockey rink and you’ll need to walk down.
