It’s that wonderful time of year again where we here at Flex City like to give back. This year we will be raffling a 65” Vizio TV. All the proceeds will be donated to the SPCA to help with adoption costs and providing a better life for the animals. Tickets will be 1 ticket for $2 or 3 tickets for $5. Feel free to stop down and enter yourself into the raffle. Raffle will go until December 20th.

Please bring an extra pair of shoes with you as we enter these winter months and change your shoes in the front lobby. If you are a member and notice someone working out in muddy shoes/boots please say something to management. It has been an issue and if it persists we will have to change our hours, so please do not ruin it for everyone and change your shoes. Thank you 💪🏼😊

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a power outage. NYSEG has informed us that they are working to resolve the issue and will provide an estimated time for restoration of power. At present, only our cardio equipment and air conditioning are affected. However, all windows are available to provide natural lighting in the gym. We recommend that members stay hydrated due to the heat.
