Well….I’m sad to say that our last class will be today at 9:30am. Thanks to everyone who let me be a part of their fitness journey, life celebrations, and of course…..your shakes (iykyk). I also want to thank each person who has supported me in any way. So….if you have time, come take a class at 9:30am today…. 45 minutes and FREE shakes! 💗🏋️♀️
