If ANY aspect of "mental health" is a concern for you... chances are, exercise will improve it. From anxiety to stress, or even clinical depression. Training regularly can be just as effective as taking prescribed medications. It's time to get your head in the game 😉

For a multitude of reasons, many counterintuitive... deliberate exercise has a dramatic affect of improving sleep on many levels. AND as "science" clearly indicates, improved sleep has a positive benefit on a multitude of different systems within your body. It's not hyperbole, its exponential! beyond anything you can get over the counter 😉

Prior to the covid pandemic, we KNEW that having a higher baseline level of fitness meant your immune system functioned better... but over the past two years, the US industrial medical complex hesitated in promoting this. Now, we KNOW better. The numbers back this up 😊

If we're gonna start somewhere with the benefits of exercise, let's start *here*. Yeah, it's kinda morbid... but it's the unavoidable truth. And while death comes for us all, it comes much later for those who exercise regularly.
