Since we've opened our doors, our members have requested that we get a sauna. Now comes the time that we ask our valued members. What sauna would benefit as best? Traditional steam sauna or infrared (included "red light")? Both options offer wonderful benefits. Here are some benefits of both:

Steam Saunas: Instant Respiratory Relief: The 100% humid air acts like a giant inhaler, making it incredibly effective for clearing out congestion, allergies, and sinus pressure. Intense Surface Hydration: softening and thoroughly flushing surface pores. It provides heavy-air "warm cloud" sensation that many people associate with deep relaxation.

Red Light / Infrared Saunas: Light waves bypass the air to heat your body's core, reducing pain and inflammation. Stimulates mitochondrial activity, promoting cellular repair and reducing tissue damage. Allows slower but cooler temp essions: (120°F - 140°F)

Effective immediately, any member found engaging in bullying, harassment, fat-shaming, intimidation, or repeated disrespect toward other members WILL have their membership revoked.

Additionally, bringing non-members into the facility without authorization is a violation of gym policy and may also result in loss of membership privileges.

**Please understand that contract membership fees remain non-refundable, even if membership is terminated due to violations of facility rules and standards of conduct.**

FIT44 was built to be a community centered on hard work, encouragement, accountability, and respect and discipline. We will continue to protect that culture for every member who chooses to train here.
