So… colonoscopy prep starts now. 😅

There are so many moments I wish I could call her. So many questions I wish I could ask. And so many times I look at my daughter and wish my mom could be here to watch her grow.

GARLIC HERB CHICKEN 🧄🍗

Okayyy this one is going into the regular rotation. 🙌

Simple ingredients, BIG flavor, and perfect for meal prep when you want protein ready to go without eating sad, dry chicken all week. 😂

I marinated 3 lbs of chicken breast for about 6–7 hours, baked it at 425°F, let it rest, and sliced it up for the week.

Pair it with roasted potatoes + broccoli or zucchini and you’ve got an easy, balanced meal that the whole family can eat. 🥔🥦
