Slowly adding Zumba+Lift to Saturday mornings with a shortened Piloxing SSP first. 💪🏋️‍♀️

This week looks a little different.....
*Tuesday is the last Adult Ed Zumba before summer break.
*Thursday there is no class at The Gym, we will be raising money for The Maine Cancer Foundation with Casey & Kendil in Lisbon from 5:30-7:00.
*Saturday I’m taking Piloxing SSP down to a 40 minute class and adding some Zumba+Lift to finish off the hour. We did it this past Saturday and dang! ❤️‍🔥💪🏻

AND most importantly! - Happy Mother's Day to all you moms, stepmoms, honorary moms, moms of angel babies, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and also the dads who had to play both roles. I see you. 💖🫂

I have decided with the holiday weekend, people taking time off, the Zumba fundraiser in the 14th AND a new class id like to add soon it’s better not to add sessions this month. We will do dropin and punch cards only.

Don’t forget we have a 10/$65 punch option which is within 50¢ of the session price!

It’s school vacation so a couple changes for me this week

Next week is school vacation so no adult ed class on Tuesday and I will not be teaching Monday.

All other classes remain the same so you can see me for Zumba Toning on Thursdays or Kendil for Zumba on Wednesdays to get your Zumba fix!

Eat too many Easter treats? Come burn some calories at Zumba?

Have too much holiday stress, come release some tension at Zumba.

Monday got you down, dancing can definitely brighten your spirits so come dance at Zumba.
