Teens on Track The club, for 6th to 9th grade girls, will be from January 14 to March 20. We meet twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
Teens on Track is a running program designed to encourage healthy living in teen girls- including the enhancement of positive self-images, active lifestyles, and beneficial eating habits. A bus can take the girls from school straight to the Frank Brown Rec Center. Throughout the program, we will be training for a finale 5K which the city will hold at the end. We officially have enough girls to do Teens on Track this winter! I have extended the deadline, so if you or your daughter or any of her friends are still interested in joining, just let me know! You can sign up at the Dean Road Rec Center. I'm so excited to start this program! It's gonna be a blast! =)
A Teens on Track session will be offered from January 14 to March 20! This will be seen in the City of Auburn Winter Brochure, which comes out on November 5. Sign ups begin on November 19! The class will be held at Frank Brown Rec Center after school, from 4:00 to 5:30, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Girls can take a bus from school to the rec center! Let me know if you have any questions! =)
Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for Teens on Track! If you are interested in joining, sign up today or tomorrow at the Dean Road Rec Center!
ATTENTION: Our age range has been extended! We are now accepting 6th-9th grade girls. Sixth graders, you are now welcome to sign up for Teens on Track at the Dean Road Rec Center. Let me know if you have any questions! =)
