Long weekend with family and friends in Suncadia with a lot of golfing involved.
I have a little catching up to do but really glad I did extra swings last week to help out.
I owe 500 to catch up. Should be caught up by Sunday!
Also can we talk about my friends letting me walk around with my hair sticking up all day???.....

This is one of my favorite weeks of the year. It is the week I make all my big goals for the next year.
I am not a journal kind of girl but I am a huge list maker, so this new calendar is going to be perfect for all my goals, lists and honey -do’s!
One of the best parts of this book is, it will be part of my “tool box” for my fitness goals.

Creating habits in the next 3 months to make a successful 2020!
Fall is my favorite time to re-set!
So far I am moving more, drinking more water and trying to log my food every day.
Going to bed earlier is next on my list.
