Hello friends! first off, we have to say, sorry it has been so quiet from us, we may have a couple of events later in the year-a final decision and answer will be given within the next month, we have had other, personal issues keeping us from getting a fantastic event announced already. What a season it has been already for us New Englanders! Thank goodness we are getting on with the warm weather and fun races coming to us! Now here is an issue for anyone who used a living social deal to attend our Maine event in November, LIVING SOCIAL WAS HACKED, and they are saying:"The database that stores customer credit card information was not affected or accessed". PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. you know how these things go, they say financial info was not affected, but for the safekeeping of all, change your passwords.
We realize we are staying quiet-but more info is yet to come, although we cannot say yet whether there will be races from us this year, there will be more, and we definately look forward to seeing everybody out on the courses and trying the different events coming to our area this season!

A fun 5k-ish event with obstacles, next one is 11/11 in Auburn maine at Lost Valley Ski Resort! We can't wait to see you!!
We have been told our price is very affordable, which is what we strive for! We want to be a fun event that costs about if not less than a dinner for two! We will always strive to charge a flat fee of $30, we will take out the processing fees ourselves! Parking and spectators no cost, if there is ever a change due to a venue request, we will do our part to notify everyone at the earliest convenience, but for $30, come out and have a great time at the Gauntlet!

Thank you everybody who ran, we had a lot of first time obstacle course runners, congratulations to them and everybody for making it to the finish line! A link will be up when your final results are online. we would also love any feedback, we are aware of the confusion with the turn at the top-if you got lost and are really disappointed shoot an email over and I'll keep your name on file for a future event. A shout-out goes to Wickedly Wooden for their part in helping out, check them out, they make some pretty amazing Adirondack chairs! Thanks again to Connie and the staff at Lost Valley Ski and Banquet Resort, we thought it was an amazing site, what about you?
