Whoa! What's up with all these changes? Welcome to the new Players Edge - Performance Enhancement Academy! The focus of this new association is to help young hockey players in all phases of the game: fundamentals, proper technique, powerful skating, strategy, game play, and more. This program is for all players looking to take their game to the next level. While we are currently focused on high school age players, we are looking forward to offering this program to youth athletes as well. Thursday July 18th at the gym next to Ingersoll, there will be a guest speaker. Dustin Oberlander a local hockey player will be speaking from roughly 6:30-7:30. No cost to anyone. He graduated from St Doms played a couple years of juniors and now plays at the US Naval Academy on MD. Very accomplished academically as well. He's going to be speaking to the kinds of things that helped him be successful. All ages and parents are welcome, feel free to tell anyone.

Focus: Advanced puck handling
Dress by 1:00
On ice: 1:15 to 2:15, (10 min break - ice resurfacing) 2:25 to 3:25
Nutrition: Please review the nutrition card provided to your son. Bring healthy snacks and drinks. We will provide Odwalla energy bars before each ice session and Odwalla energy drinks at the end of the second session.
Don't forget - dry-land training with Eric tonight starting at 6:00 PM. at the Hasty Memorial Armory next to Ingersoll
